Frequently Asked Questions

I offer a complimentary 15 minute phone or video consultation to assess fit and answer any questions, so you can make an informed decision. Click the "Book an Appointment" button to view my availability.

• Standard sessions are 50 minutes for individuals. 
• Intake sessions are 60 minutes. Longer sessions are available with advance notice, at prorated fees.

• I do not engage with clients in any capacity on social media, and confidentiality extends beyond standard practice, including scheduling and communication built around your need for privacy. 
• This applies to public facing clients, professionals in sensitive positions, and anyone whose circumstances require an unusual degree of discretion.

• I operate as an out of network provider on a private pay model, and I automatically generate monthly superbills to help you secure out of network reimbursement.

• Duration depends on individual needs. Some clients find resolution in a shorter timeframe of 6 to 8 sessions, while others opt for a longer term approach spanning several months or even years.

• Between sessions, practice any prescribed exercises and record your thoughts and changes, tracking personal insights and progress in a dedicated notebook.

• A stable internet connection, an active camera, a private space, and minimal distractions during your session.

• Appointments must be cancelled with a minimum of 24 hours notice. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged the full session fee.
